Refund Policy
If a Participant’s participation in the College Living Experience (CLE) Program is terminated for any reason (by Participant or by CLE) during the first 45 days of the Term, tuition paid to CLE, other than the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, and an additional $2,500, will be promptly refunded. No tuition or other payments to CLE will be refunded if Participant’s participation in the CLE Program is terminated for any reason (by Participant or by CLE) after the first 45 days of the Term.
For refunds on any payments made with a credit card account, the refund will be credited back to the account from which payment was made.
